Colin is part of the Qt Ambassador Program |
A few weeks ago I applied for the Qt Ambassador Program. The Qt Ambassador Program provides a platform for applications based on the Qt framework. Beneath, the Qt Ambassador Program offers some benefits to developers like merchandise, usage of the Qt Ambassador title and logo and participation in some other Qt Programs.
Today i received a mail from Nokia:
Congratulations! You have been accepted into the Qt Ambassador Program.
Thank you very much, we feel very honoured! We will give our best to improve Colin and to meet the requirements.
For more information about the Qt Ambassador Program visit the Qt Ambassador main page or the project page of Colin there.
Jira.clazzes.org now runs Jira 4.3.4.
Confluence.clazzes.org now runs Confluence 3.5.5.
Unfortunately we don’t know how Jira/Confluence integration plugins for IDEs will react, we apologize for any inconvenience and would like to hear about them.
Unfortunately pure-ftpd from Ubuntu hardy’s pure-ftpd* packages 1.0.11-1ubuntu2 does not work in an OpenVZ VE unless several capabilities are set (which is not possible without stopping the VE temporarily).
After Google-ing for the solution (rebuilding with --without-capabilities) we made it public the Clazzes.org way, within the XPkg svn repository and debian archive.
Until yesterday the clazzes.org platform ran in an Ubuntu 8.04 LTS aka hardy.
As of now we are running under Debian squeeze.
If there are any problems, feel free to contact lech at ibcl.at.
After a long time of development and a even longer time of learning C++ we finally released our structural analysis software Colin. It has been developed by civil engineering students at the university of Innsbruck as an unofficial project. The idea was to create an easy to use structural analysis software for students, in order to provide an easier way to learn the basics of civil engineering.
Many thanks to clazzes.org for providing a platform to our project.
After years on hpgs.berlios.de, hpgs has moved to our collaboration project clazzes.org using jira for issue tracking and a reliable Server Infrastructure donated by IBCL.
For some time we have been hosting our open source JAVA libraries on Clazzes.org for internal usage. The purpose of this website is to make these public (released under the LGPL).
It is not in our intention to write yet another framework, but rather to develop small integrative modules, that fit in with your technology decision. The development of these libraries is driven by our work with JAVA server side technology, and our experience using them in real projects.
We focus strongly on lightweight and simplicity. Our projects are made to easily integrate with trusted frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
The first public release was our E-Mail and SMS sending service called fancymail. Since then, we have added more projects faster than we could document them (we are currently working on that issue). See our SVN index for a full listing of all projects hosted here (also the undocumented ones).
Feel free to participate!
